The Summer Fun Jar

Something I’ve been enjoying this Summer: my jar

On the last day of school we had a bon fire with the kids in the evening to celebrate them being able to stay up late.  And being out for Summer. I had decided that I would have all of the boys give me their ideas of what they wanted to do during summer vacation. I wrote all their ideas out on Popsicle sticks and thought it would be fun to have the kids pull a stick out of the jar on a rainy day or on a day that we didn’t have anything going on. Today the older 2 boys are on a mini vacation with their cousins in Wisconsin Dells. So I thought it was a good day to have the kids pull a stick from the jar.

Chuck e cheese! These boys are lucky! Chelsea was able to watch them for me today. So she took them on a bike ride & to the park for pizza…then to chuck e cheese. It was so nice to get my house cleaned up!
